Their eBay listings are as of today saying July 31, but they've been moving the return date for a few months now. Their offices are in (I think) mid-town Manhattan, so I doubt they'll be back to work before NYC has covid well under control.
Avatar files can be .jpg or .gif or ,png - it seems as though the forum software will convert your file to a .gif file regardless of what you upload.
