One thing to make sure of is when copying the saves, that they don't get put into a duplicated folder somehow.
When copy pasting, if you put it one folder too far down, it might look like this, and the game won't be able to read the save:
C:\Users\Lukas\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 21\saved_games\New Game.lg\New Game.lg
For the game to read the save, it should be in a directory like this:
C:\Users\Lukas\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 21\saved_games\New Game.lg
