It feels like the inside the park home runs should be tied to the era the League Strategy settings are using and not the actual year...or it is something that should be available on the League Totals screen.
I'm running a similar setup (modern stats, but starting in the 1870's), it is definitely strange to watch the game and see so many ISTP HR's in that scenerio.

I believe (not certain, though) that if you import settings from a different year you will have inside the park home runs consistent with the 'Historical Year.' I do not think just setting the historical year to something different will work; I think you have to import settings from a certain year. After that, you can adjust to your liking.
