I also know how to use F12 to save a screenshot, but don't know how to "post" that screenshot. When I look at the message header, I can set text attributes (bold, underline, etc.) I can wrap quotes, paste a link (i guess to an html page) etc. but the thing for putting in images requires an http: location and I don't have a web server set up. scroll down to the "additional options" section and click "manage attachments"....
a smaller box will pop up with "choose file" buttons... click on one of those, find the screenshot (typically in the 'screenshots' folder in your OOTP folder) and attach it (click 'close window' in the top right of the little box when you are done)...
then submit the reply and the screenshot should be attached at the bottom (I will often hit 'preview post' first just to make sure it comes up like I expect, and then hit the submit reply after that
