I skimmed through this thread. Am I correct in thinking that you were Commissioner of a big 64 team league who's files got lost? You restarted the league, but with only 24 teams making up the IPA? And now you're back to 64 teams? Is this the first season back with 64 teams?
Just a little curious about the backstory of the Islandia and the IPA. I'm aware of the work John Branson did - it must have been an almost impossible task, but I'm curious about the beginnings of Ruthlandia and Tycobbia. Why was Islandia divided into two separate countries? Are there any major differences between the two economically or socially? Or was the island divided to assure no one leader could ever impose his will on all of the people?
