Hello, I have one more team left out of my three per license to give this league a try. When would be the best time to start? It seems prices are inflated right now.

Do I just Crack some packs, and hope I get a few qualifying cards? Would the starting pp I get be enough to field a roster of 40 and 50 somethings in the auction house if I buy them?

Finally looking at who's active, would friending people in Iron 227 be my best bet, since it seems it's the lowest active player roster judging by the spreadsheet of friends? I don't see any active rookie or stone leagues.
