I'm back into the game after many years away.

Kind of forgot a few things.

Pitch around vs. Pitch To Cont? What does Cont mean? I know what pitch around means. What's the difference and impact on the pitches?

Visit mound - Does it help the pitcher or is just a means of wasting time?
