As Pitch Around leads to more pitches put of the strike zone, I'd assume that Pitch to Contact leads to more pitches in the strike zone. That's only an assumption, though.

Also pitch to cont (whatever that means) does NOT always pitch to contact....
I wish they would just enable tool tips or give us the ability to turn them on and off.
