Hello, I started a new fictional league in Croatia (did you know that OOTP 21 has fictional Croatian names and real Croatian Cities?!) and started the league with a draft.
For a few years I was really bad, then I reached the playoffs two times in a row but lost in round 1. After that everything fell apart and I ended the season like 10-50 and kept on loosing.
When it was time to renew contracts, my best players wanted money I didn't have, I was broke.
Other teams have contracts that pay like half a million for a year and I can't afford 15.000!
Any hints what I am doing wrong (I bet a lot) but starting a new league, with just 16 teams and everybody starting from scratch, I thought it would be easier.
