So there is defintely something up with the 21 game
I ran same scenarios in 20 and it is as expected.

Putting POTENTIAL OVER CAREER gives ratings inline with expectations for not just bobby but most. They are not all current = potential

Biggest BUG with 21 is that changing the potential does NOTHING
In 20 it works EXACTLY as it should.

Confused how no one else is seeing this
