The biggest difference is in the bleachers in left field, which were more boxy back in 1994 before they added on by angling to the edge of the scoreboard to increase attendance. It would be fun to see the stadium without the Progressive Field above the Indians script atop the scoreboard, and with the Jacobs Field logo on the wall in centerfield.
Like fans of other teams who have seen their ballparks' great original names removed in favor of corporate titles, our ballpark will forever be Jacobs Field to me.
As nice as it would be to use the original Jake, I'm thrilled that you are putting the time into the Progressive Field update. Having tried and failed to model it myself, I know and appreciate the work that goes into it.
