You can just make out the Jacobs Field logo to the right of the home bullpen in centerfield.
There is also a second logo below the out-of-town scoreboard in left-centerfield.

For some time, they also had the logo behind home plate. It was on the door to the tunnel that leads to the field-level loges and the umpire's locker room.

And here's the best picture I could find online that shows the logos locations in the outfield... It's blurry, but if you zoom in, you'll see the Jacobs Field logo just to the right of Omar Vizquel at short, and just to the left of Carlos Baerga at second.
