After much searching, I was able to finally find a photo of
Harry Adams, who umpired a lone National League game in 1897, along with 15 American League games in 1903.
According to his obituary, which I've included here too, he was longtime friends with Ban Johnson, Connie Mack, and a host of other baseball dignitaries and umpires. He also ran a printing shop in Philadelphia.
