Stamina is a real issue teams have to deal with, and it can come down to managing minutes. If guys are tiring out, you may need to change how many minutes each is playing in a game.

That being said, it's just something you need to keep your eyes on. If a guy dips below 60%, typically I rest him for a game to get him back up.
