With the Denver offense sputtering a bit at this stage of the early season, Josh Schaeffer was one of the few batters off to a great start. So of course, in game 3 of a series in Denver against the L.A. Spinners, Schaeffer tweaked a hamstring while picking up his first stolen base of the season.
He is headed to the 10-day IL and will be replaced on the roster by Casey Bromwell.
