As commissioner and with no team to make me biased I can be a neutral observer. The above statement hits the nail on the head but what I would say (and I'd tell Tom - the Gothams GM - the same thing): don't sweat it too much. It happens in real baseball sometimes great teams underperform. You have a good, young team and you'll be in the thick of things for years to come
as long as you don't panic.
I won't mention any names but I've seen it happen multiple times in various leagues where a good team is underperforming and the GM goes and tears it down - and it takes forever to get back. You probably know all this already but, just in case...
