It only happens in games played out in one pitch mode but it is awful and extremely frustrating as I have lost countless games due to it. This is the same response I always got but it does in fact truly happen and continues to happen in 17, at the same rate as every previous version I have played (lots of versions). Still a tremendous product though year in and year out. But this does exist and always has.

Just had pass ball, wild pitch, error in one inning and lost a playoff game using 1 pitch.
