Hey bud, loving this amazing universe you've created, brilliant stuff!

I am in the process of starting an NCAA-style league with 280 teams + MLB + three MiLB levels and I just wanted to ask if the sheer size of your universe has caused you any problems within the OOTP framework and, if so, what compromises you've had to make to get around them?
