Any suggestions for improving my pitching staff? I'm working on improving the defense and finally sold my Special Edition Troy Tulowinski as he has been killing me with unusually high amount of errors and extremely poor batting. Looking for a better shortstop as well.
I also have a new team currently in the Entry Pool that should be available for next week.

It doesn't look like you need to make moves in haste. I see you are only carrying 12 pitchers. You might check on how they're doing as far as fatigue is concerned. I also agree with Chad that PT can be a real crapshoot. The game engine seems very universe oriented, that is, it seems bent on fitting the overall universe into a certain order. Where you end up in that universe seems very "chancey" and there are wild swings, depending on where you end up in line . It also seems that you must contend with an AI that doesn't follow your strategy as closely as you might hope. Try not to stress about it. Build your team with players that you like. For me, that is the biggest factor. I also focus my enjoyment on my teams' OL finish. Success in PT is important to me only in terms of the PP it brings.
