I definitely wanted some amount of games without the season dragging on. Sixty felt just about right for a 6-team emerging league. I may expand that amount later once all leagues combine, but I'll also have to change my set up at that time, too.

Yeah don't take my comment as "keep it at 60 for all time". I like evolution of leagues too, keeps things interesting. Just saying it's good for now.
