The most common cause of that is having the wrong FTP mode set, usually active when it your server needs passive. Go to the File Menu, then Online League, then Online League FTP Settings. If "FTP MODE" is currently set to one of the Active options, change it to the Passive equivalent. If it's already on Passive, try the two other Passive alternatives first, then the Active options.
