Playing as the Colorado Avalanche (going into the 2023/2024 season) I am having an issue with recently aquired RFA Philipp Myers. When I want to offer him a contract, it just says "Do you want to match this offer?", but I can not offer him anything (see screenshot attached).
In order to get rid of this issue I've already tried to retire and unretire him, make him a UFA, gave rights to an other team... but without any luck.
He played in the KHL the past three season, is without any contract right now though. I made some research on the topic and found out that in earlier games a similar problem was caused by an RFA picked up in the expansion draft. I had two expansion drafts thus far (Seattle 2021/2022 and Quebec 2023/2024), however in the players' history it does not show that he was picked in any expansion draft.
I have uploaded the save named "DoYouWantToMatchThisOffer.zip" to the ftp server.
Do you know if there is a fix for this? Would be great if you guys could take a look at it!
