I would like to see a new item called "Shift Editor", where you can create/edit shifts, change the way each player behaves in a specific situation (e.g. a bunt down the first baseline with a runner on third. You can choose whether the first baseman throws home or to first depending on the score, baserunner speeds, etc.), even make 5 or 6 man infields. Also, be able to set these into place via strategy tab.
