In the past month or so, when my monitor shuts down due to power saving, when I wake it up, my OOTP screen has gone black.

The window is responsive, and when moving the mouse over the black area the pointer changes from arrow to finger when moving over areas of the screen, presumably in response to a button I can't see.

Resizing the window does not help.

Hitting the close button doesn't close the game, presumably b/c there is a confirmation dialog I can't see.

This is very consistent, but I cannot find any other mentions of this on the forum so perhaps I have some unique setup.

I have 3 monitors, and I always have the game open on my main horizontal display, but a side monitor is first to power back on when waking up (or at least I think that's what is going on) so the game always moves to a smaller vertical monitor and resizes. Not sure if that is part of the issue or unrelated.


Edit: I was able to exit out cleanly by clicking blindly at where I thought the OK confirmation button would be thanks to the pointer change.
