I am reading about creating a Human Manager for any OOTP game. And it said you have to be hired by teams looking for a manager. I assume this is relative to whatever league you are entering. Yes. Absolutely
There's like a career mode for managers/front office you can play. But, you don't have to and I'd imagine most people dont.

You can play an exhibition game (or as many as you want)
