11 April 2298 - North Charles Association's Best Batter Announced

Peter Tatoeater has the tools to stick in this league for many years. The 20-year-old third baseman of the Finch Farm Four Leafs had a hot bat in the North Charles Association over the past seven days and won the Player of the Week honors.

Tatoeater batted .563 with 9 hits in 16 at-bats, 3 home runs and 4 RBIs.

11 April 2298 - SCA's #1 Player Named

His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Wayne Lacy was rewarded with the South Charles Association Player of the Week honors.

The scrappy Diamond City Swatters right fielder hit .500 while collecting 11 hits in 22 at-bats, 2 home runs and 9 RBIs.

11 April 2298 - Radwater Goes Distance in 8-1 Win

University Point Deathclaws pitcher William Radwater whisked his team past the FHE Yao Guai, 8-1. With their winning streak at 4, the Deathclaws have raced to a strong start this season.

Radwater, the winner, is now 1-1. In 9 innings of work, he gave up 1 run on 5 hits, while collecting 9 Ks. He essentially shut down the FHE offense.

"I really like what we did out there today," Radwater said after the game.

11 April 2298 - Party Boys Rocked By Chemists, 10-2

The 10-2 Sunshine Tidings win over Nordhagen Beach was due largely to Brightsun Ramos. The Chemists right fielder was 4 for 5 with a triple and 3 singles. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Nordhagen Beach falls to 3-3.

With Sunshine Tidings leading 4-2 in the top of the sixth, Ramos hit a 2-run single off Nordhagen Beach hurler Derek Gist. It was the 12th hit of the season for Ramos and put his team ahead, 6-2.

"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Ramos said.

11 April 2298 - Dominant Performance by Mustang in Vault 81 Win

Vault 81 right-hander Josh Mustang pitched his team to victory over the Quincy Gunners at The Stone House. The final score was 3-1. The loss has the Gunners at 3-3.

Mustang overpowered the Gunners. The Vault 81 right-hander allowed 5 hits over 8 innings, while recording 11 punchouts. With the win, he is 1-1 on the season.

Dwellers manager Jason Personhood raved about Mustang after the game. "I thought Josh was 'lights out.'"

11 April 2298 - Langer goes 4-for-5, Silver Shroud Move to 4-2

The Fort Hagen Silver Shroud downed the Salem Witch Hats, 12-7, at Vim! Park of Salem. Safety Langer led the way, going 4-for-5 for Fort Hagen. Derek Green, the winner, improved to 1-1. He held Salem to 3 runs on 6 hits over 8 innings, while racking up 7 strikeouts. Fort Hagen, with the win, is 4-2.

Seth Dungan hit a bases-clearing triple off Mike Cartrette in the top of the fourth, which put the Silver Shroud in front, 4-1. Dungan had 1 single, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 2 for 5.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Dungan.
