I have seen this problem appear a few times, but still can't get it to load (mainly because I'm completely useless with a computer).

So my save briefly stops at 62% (finished loading) and then crashes. I've copied both "rs_one" and "rs_two" into the main folder but I'm lost now. Can someone explain how to fix it step by step?
