I can understand why they dont bother logging in. Why bother when it just feels like you're only playing AI bots. It's rather dam boring.
I'd also argue that even them higher level players aren't that active. If they were it wouldn't be so dead here. No activity is no activity.
You wanna keep people logging in you gotta keep them involved and entertained. Making them feel like they're just playing bots is a just a big fail. Each league having it's own chat window would go a long way towards that.
