This actually is currently possible as a new feature in OOTP21. Go to league and then click rookie draft. While on that screen, click on the tab for draft history. Once there, you will see a scroll down menu in the upper right hand corner with a down arrow. You are able to choose any of the last 20 years of drafts. You can sort by draft pick from that screen if you'd like to see their career stats, WAR, etc.
