Is there a rule of only one error being charged per extra base? If so then perhaps the official scorer is evaluating this as Arozarena would have made third without the OF error. The OF error would have allowed him to score had he not fallen. But the fact is he did fall and thus the C error, not the OF error, allowed him to score.
Yet is seems unfair to charge the C instead of the OF since the C had nothing to do with Arozarena falling. Don't know.
