Updated map
4 states are still waiting to host a LBL team : Central Oasis, Lingalia West, Strangleronce and Hessia.
About the league structure, each of the new franchise will join one of the existing division. The playoffs are not changed.
Moon League - Metro division :
The Rhinos join a tough division, the Metro division. The Freros and City were the teams that dominated since its foundation, with the Nang Nius close behind.
The Thunders were pretty much inexistent until last season, so they might be the Rhinos direct opponent.
Moon League - Outlands division :
While it was supposed to be the weakest division, it is the only one with three franchises that participated in the LBS since 1988, with two different winners.
And this while the Expendables are still the only team that won the division.
The Pinehearth Salamanders will be part of this open division, so maybe they will have a shot to clinch a berth soon.
Sun League - Coast division :
The Black&Yellows were the dominant team since the division realignment in the Coast division, with 5 division crowns and 2 championships.
They will encounter their old AAA-team, the Bullets starting from this year. With the Bears'last season, it looks like the division will become even more disputed.
Sun League - Colorful Valley division :
If the Jade Tigers win the division this year, three teams would have won 3 straigth division crowns : the Silver Eagles (88-90), the Green Goblins (91-93) and the Jade Tigers (94-96).
The Bobcats will play in this division, even if they do not follow the pattern of the other teams' names. It is the only division without any LBS winner since the division realignment of 88.
