Absolutely. It will follow a similar path to the how baseball actually unfolded but it may take the long route at times or the shorter route other times but in general it will stay close to actuals. Think more like the Chicago White Stockings got to play in 1872 because there wasn't a fire or maybe the Cleveland Forest Citys were so good they stuck around and evolved into the Indians we know today. Who knows!
