Please let me know the necessary color preferences and all for your IPA's subleagues, as soon as you like and can, and I'll see if I can't whip up some appropriate All-Star Game-type uniforms and caps for you to use each year, as soon as I can, and as best as I can.
I'd also like to know what teams you're dropping, so that I can try to put my own spins on their looks, whether for me or for others here, if you don't mind too much, in truth. Some people might want to see more about or of certain teams that you've decided to drop, of course, I think. Including me, for instance, that is, for sure.
