GRE(ML Seed #4) vs SST(SL Seed #1)
FRE(ML Seed #3) vs DIA(SL Seed #2)
MAP(ML Seed #1) vs BOB(SL Seed #4)
LNN(ML Seed #2) vs JDT(SL Seed #3)
Despite being the seed #1 of the Sun league, Linga Bay was eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by Green District in Game 5.
Two of the best franchises in the recent years, Dawala and the Freros were opposed in a QFS. Like in 1996, the Diamonds triumph over the Freros.
Close series between Orange and Wayt County. The latter is only in the LBL for the last 2 years, but it managed to take down the Maple Leaves 3-2 to win its first postseason series.
And the last QFS was a sweep of the Jade Tigers by the Nang Nius. The franchise from Boubi Town lost at this stage for the third year in a row, a pity for the 1995 LBS loser.
