Oh, I'm sure they do. Like I said, I had an ear-to-ear smile on my face the first time I saw a rundown...I'm sure I haven't been the only one, over the years, who's gotten unexpected joy from something in the sim.
I felt the same way the first time I saw the dugouts empty after Don Mattingly got drilled by a fastball.
I'm also very glad that doesn't happen too often either.
Playing out my games was the best decision I ever made. I only do 1-Pitch mode, so if I try to play fast I can get through a game in like ~15 minutes...I timed it once, but I don't remember exactly what it was for that particular game.
If the OOTP devs are ever able to iron out all of the bugs that happen when playing out a game, I will be over the moon.
