Sorry, bud, but I was hoping somebody would have an answer more than what I have shown and documented already in this thread. Obviously it's possible - not to rub it in but feast your eyes on this dandy (both graphical view and player himself, given his growing collection of bling)!
But if you have not missed a step - go back through this thread and review everything carefully - perhaps there is something about your Windows or Mac system that is preventing it from happening.
