I understand the concept, but the game simply is not allowing to do anything on the Manual Award tab. I can vote on the regular tab for my choices, but, as stated before, all I see on the Manual Award tab is the text that 'Manual Award voting is not enabled,' which implies that it
can be enabled. I don't care to vote, so I was going to use the Ask the Computer shown in a previous image to vote for me. Instead, I just ended up skipping the whole voting process since those options were not available to me.
