2D coordinates and 3D coordinates are completely separate things. Also, moving those labels as people mentioned above is just that - moving the labels. If the issue is where the actual fielder is standing, then that's based on the actual grid coordinates. If you open the 3D park view and show the grid, you can see in there essentially where people would stand by default.

If it is a problem, I'm not actually 100% sure how to adjust that. I know in-game you can move the OF fence posts around a little, but if it's a problem with ones down the line causing the RF position to be behind the fence, I believe that has to be set up where the model is actually created.
