The Dallas Stars, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Toronto Maple Leafs won the lottery.

Again, I expected Dallas to take Price and proved to be correct. The Penguins passed over their franchise player and instead selected G Tuukka Rask, leaving Toronto to select Sidney Crosby third overall.
