Well

This website
https://www.baseballtradevalues.com/trade-simulator/
which is fun, not gospel has the Reds winning the trade

My, super quick, analysis:
Iglesias has a ZiPS protection of 1.2 WAR for 2020
https://blogs.fangraphs.com/zips-202...ncinnati-reds/

Is signed for $9.25 million in 2021 and then is a free agent
https://www.rotoworld.com/baseball/m...esias/contract

Finances are a bit screwy right now but one WAR has been worth about $9 million

Iglesias is about a break even asset. So, immediately, we wouldn't expect much return for him.

FanGraphs gave Rivas a 40 future value grade and their estimate of the value of such a player is $2 million
https://blogs.fangraphs.com/putting-...e-the-top-100/

Ramirez, his ZiPS projection looks like it got lost in the shuffle, has a Steamer projection of .1 WAR/60 innings for 2021 and has produced .4 WAR in 211 innings.
He has three more seasons until free agency.

So, the Reds didn't get much. As would be expected.

If they don't expect to contend, then getting a major league reliever and an infielder who might do something in the majors in a few years for Iglesias while saving some money is probably about all they could expect.
