If I pull a card for a mission that I've already closed, it will lock that card and prevent me from selling it even if I never used it on a mission.

I should be able to sell those cards, correct? Why would a new card show locked?

I pulled a Diamond Kirby Yates who belonged to a mission I previous closed. When I went to sell him 10 seconds later, he showed locked.
