I will rarely go to an arbitration hearing with a player. I do generally work to get them signed sometime in the season when they are arbitration eligible at the end of that season and depending upon what their preference is we might go year-to-year or if they are interested, and I really want to keep them, we might negotiate a more long-term deal, even when they have a few arbitration years left. I generally let them set the tone in that regard.
