Within this universe..
I have made a new league of defunct Professional teams..
In this league, they will play with the 2020 extra innings rule.
This League has a salary cap
There is no real foreign roster limit as I have the number nearly matching the roster size, but in order to limit the teams to 6 foreign batters, I had to set the limit of foreigners to 24 to even vbe given the option to limit batters.
Most are real defunct teams relaunched, but there are some .. The California teams have taken defunct nicknames, but as a new frontier, there are no defunct teams from a previous era of Association, National, American, and Federal Leagues...
I made up the Chicago Ponies and Brooklyn Statesmen.. BUT Statesmen was a team in DC and Ponies is really just a change from Chicago Colts ... as there is already a Colt in the Pan Am and the other PBL .. thought Ponies would suffice
