I don't think there is an option to change text size within the game itself (although you can change resolution in-game). I was referring to the option to change text size for your computer display generally. This can be done in your display settings screen (it pops up if you right click anywhere on your home screen). I like to bump it up to 150% since my eyes are getting older and I have a large display monitor. Reducing it back to 100% sorted my problem.
