The Islandian Pro Alliance just announced the Ruthlandian Union and Tycobbian Union Golden Glove honorees for 2066... 18 graceful gazelles will be presented a Golden Glove Trophy, emblematic of outstanding defensive ability... defense make a real difference in the outcome of games... Golden Glove winners really make a difference in baseball... when a batter "hits it where they ain't", chances are the good glovemen and the Golden Glovers will be there to put a stop to a rally or make the catch that saves the game... good defense can determine the winners and losers, just like homers and strikeouts.
