First of all, my file, is in the FTP folder as "USBF2."

I began a fictional simulation in 1900 and had no issues all the way into the 1940's. Suddenly, in 1945, with my offense sputtering, I was looking to replace my hitting coach, only to find that all the sudden I had no coaches in the game.

I had been hiring and firing coaches for 44 season before this and they disappeared on all teams. I tried filling all teams with fictional players/scouts, restarting, etc. and nothing worked. I have no idea how to get the coaches back.

I have attached a screenshot showing what my personnel screen looks like. The personnel screen for all other teams look like this as well.
