The first thing to try would be to update your video card drivers if they haven't already been updated.
I would also recommend going to settings > troubleshooting in-game and then 'force reinstall data installation' in case some files got lost or damaged somehow.
Restart your system as well at some point in the process if you haven't done so lately.
If none of that works, the next step would be to open a support ticket so the tech support guys can work through some additional troubleshooting with you.
