When I first got the add-on, I messed up my playthrough not realizing at the time that doing all the raiders' quests had an effect on the Boston-area. Everybody in Boston suddenly hated me!
Just a warning for when you do go. The second time, I chose Open Season. This time when I go in for research, I am there but did not do actual quests other than the one that let's you enter the rest of the locations. I only opened up every location by running through the entire area. I also have a mod that added several new locations, so my reporting in the area is going to include those for some of the settlement features and in case I ever want to add a minor league to Nuka World.
