14 March 2299 - Costantino Unavailable Due to Deathclaw Encounter
Quincy played tonight's game versus Fort Hagen without revealing why at the time star catcher Stuart Costantino did not play and was not at the game. The reason? He was part of a deathclaw encounter last night, and we are not talking about the team from University Point.
Last night, west of South Boston High School, a group went on a walking adventure. Of course, they had to end up in the path of a solo deathclaw. The beast attacked, shots were fired, and three people were injured, including Costantino. No other Gunners players were injured.
Publick Occurrences learned of the injury after the game. Gunners coaches refused to speak about Costantino or his injury.
Mike Black started in Costantino's place as the Gunners fell 4-3 to the Silver Shroud in the elimination round of the Battle for the South Tournament. Black was 0 for 1 with two walks. Josh Radcake pinch hit for him in the 9th inning.
