So far in his young career, Brightsun Ramos has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the North Charles Association in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts.
The 19-year-old Sunshine Tidings Chemists right fielder hit at a torrid .429 clip as he collected 9 hits in 21 at-bats, 3 home runs, 10 RBIs and 9 runs scored.
17 April 2299 - T-51s Bugs Snags SCA Player of the Week
Jeremy Bugs is respected by most Oberland T-51s fans for his no-frills style of play. The 29-year-old third baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the South Charles Association Player of the Week honors.
He compiled a .636 average (14-for-22) with 1 home run, 9 RBIs and 4 runs scored.
